Reporting to the Managing Director and working with cross-functional internal and external project teams the role will lead and embed the strategic changes required to achieve transformative scaling of business growth and enable long term succession planning. The role also involves leading new business and marketing developments in supporting ongoing and future strategic growth initiatives.
At the end of the fixed two year contract there is a real opportunity for a permanent position with the company; 70% of host companies make a permanent job offer to their Associate at the end of the project. Shapemaster see the Associate potentially taking on a senior role in the organisation at the close of a successful project.
As a minimum the applicant will possess a first degree in Engineering, Operations Management or similarly applied technologies / operations disciplines or equivalent. Ideally they will have demonstrable and relevant business experience / acumen and potentially an MBA or similar masters level business qualification.
