The health and wellbeing of older adults and those living with long term health conditions is important to the team here at Shapemaster, and for over 30 years we have provided a helping hand in maintaining their mobility and independence.

We have created a video series of low impact exercises and activities that this population can perform within their own homes delivered by our specialist physiotherapy team.

Physiotherapist, Rachel Young delivers a full 30 minute home exercise circuit based on 8 pieces of Shapemaster equipment. This has been designed for older adults, those living with long term health conditions, people who are still shielding or are not able to attend their local Shapemaster facility. Join Rachel as she guides us through an initial warm up, followed by the circuit which includes exercises based on the following equipment:
  • Chest and Legs
  • Seated Climber
  • Fly & Thighs
  • Tricep Dip & Leg Curl
  • Side Bend Stepper Rotatory Torso
  • Tummy Cruch
  • Hipster

Rachel also guides us through short a cool down.
