New Image win local business award
Shapemaster UK would like to congratulate Pam and the New Image team for their outstanding achievements in the Western Gazette Yeovil Choicest business awards. These awards are based entirely on the number of votes received from readers and clients. They were nominated in 5 categories - Best Small Business, Best Health & Fitness Venue, Best Hair and Beauty, Best Receptionist and Best Tradesman/woman. Out of 15,000 nominations they achieved top 5 results in each of the categories, including runner up positions in both Best Health & Fitness and Best Small Business categories. The highlight of the evening was winning the Best Receptionist award courtesy of Helen Dimaria!

January ’07 saw the launch of the Shapemaster UK’s new Shape Up for Business Success Training Programme. This comprehensive training course is held monthly in the Tollgate Hotel, Blurton the site of one of our Feel Good Factory’s. The course includes sales, marketing and operational training. The Feel Good Factory at the Tollgate Hotel

The Feel Good Factory in the Tollgate Hotel is a working showroom. It allows you to view a working centre, you can test and use our equipment and also view all of our operational, sales and marketing tools.
Utilizing our new Shape Up For Business Success Training Programme, the centre has generated over £76k in revenue in only 30 weeks! The club also has a monthly direct debit income of nearly £4k per month.
All of our 420 members are annual members, with 50% paying upfront for the year and the other 50% paying a monthly direct debit. The centre has been such an amazing success that we are now introducing another 7 pieces of equipment to release some membership capacity.

Our first centre, The Feel Good Factory, Honley is ready to celebrate its first birthday in March ’07. The centre was initially opened as a working showroom but has been going from strength to strength since introducing our new annual membership options.

Congratulations to Hayley and her team in Anglesey, they opened the new Inch Less centre on Monday 12th February 07. The new centre which includes 6 Easytone and 6 Powertone machines sold 10 annual memberships on their first day!! They now are booked five days in advance.
Relax ‘n’ tone
Congratulations to Heather and her team in Northern Ireland, they opened their new Relax ‘n’ tone centre in mid January 07. Using the sales tools offered as part of the Shape up for Business Success training programme they had over 247 membership enquiries in the first week of opening.

Spain
The New Sophia centre, in La Regia, Spain opened in January ’07. The new centre includes both the Easytone and Powertone ranges. The ladies of Spain can now look forward to all of the benefits that the power assisted exercise machines offer.
Within their first three weeks the Sophia centre has sold 29 memberships, 75% of the new ladies have paid for the year in advance.
